WorkflowHub aims to facilitate discovery and re-use of workflows in an accessible and interoperable way. This is achieved through extensive use of open standards and tools, including Common Workflow Language (CWL), RO-Crate, BioSchemas and Tool Registry Service (TRS).
The ELIXIR Research Data Management Kit (RDMkit) is an online guide containing best practices in data management applicable to research projects from the beginning to the end. RDMkit is developed and managed by people who work every day with life science data.
BY-COVID is a €12 million Horizon Europe project, coordinated by ELIXIR, that strives to tackle the data challenges that can hinder effective pandemic response. The core aim of the project is to ensure that data on SARS-CoV-2 and other infectious diseases are accessible to all those who need it across research, healthcare, and industry.
