The ELIXIR Research Data Management Kit (RDMkit) is an online guide containing best practices in data management applicable to research projects from the beginning to the end. RDMkit is developed and managed by people who work every day with life science data. Its contents are the product of a collaborative effort among several scientific communities and data management experts in ELIXIR Europe ensuring relevant guidelines, information, and pointers to help researchers at any point of a project.

Frederik Coppens and Carole Goble (ELIXIR-UK) have presented the "RDMkit, a Research Data Management Toolkit Built by the Community for the Community" at the monthly NIH's Data Sharing and Reuse Seminar 2022. The recording of this very illustrative talk is available here.
