Together with three other usegalaxy teams across the globe (Germany, Australia, US), we re-analysed the available COVID-19 data and assessed the reproducibility of initial papers on the COVID-19 genome.
This genome view on the corona crisis has been picked-up by Dirk Draulans (Knack magazine) and resulted in a nice piece of science communication for the general public. The article was published this week in Knack: Article in Dutch - English version.
